Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. You pay at booking (or as specified by the provider). LynQ supports major cards and selected local payment methods.

Providers undergo profile verification, business checks and review monitoring. Profiles display ratings, reviews and verification badges to help you choose confidently.

Cancellation and refund terms depend on the provider and the service booked. You’ll see the provider’s policy before confirming — disputes can be raised with LynQ support for review.

Professionals sign up, submit verification documents, set availability and pricing. Once approved they appear in search and can accept bookings through the platform.
